approach helps perspective school’s current and future objectives to establish visual linkage
and design consistency throughout campus. How can we help your institution?

Two ways to work

To develop a long-term design plan which organizes a consistent look, image and visual statement of, about, and throughout the school. This deliverable is a working manual codifying the colors, lighting, furniture modules, millwork, floor coverings, and fabrics for the planning of current and future renovation/restoration work on campus. This schematic plan will establish a unified theme and focus on strengthening a school’s brand identity. It will be guided by design analysis consistent with and reinforcing the architectural and historical character of the school.

Overall, this design manual is intended to facilitate campus development for a defined planning horizon. The plan also ensures that campus development takes place in a manner that is coordinated with the provision of adequate support, facilities, and services.

To develop and execute the design concepts for the adaptive reuse and renovation for a specific space or spaces. This includes color concepts, space planning, upholstery, furniture, decorative lighting, finish schedule, reflected ceiling plan, window treatments, fabrics, floor
treatments and millwork. This process includes planning, concept development, presentation, design and documentation, execution and evaluation.

These individual silo projects contribute towards the school’s current and future objectives to establish visual linkage and design consistency throughout the campus. The planning and renovation of the space establishes the design scheme for which future projects could share and keeps in mind flexibility and modularity with regards to budget and context.
